Santa Cruz County Parks is making a splash for cash to raise funds for a new and improved waterslide at the Simpkins Family Swim Center! Let’s pool together funds and help build a fun and exciting addition to our swim center!
The Santa Cruz County Parks Department welcomes and encourages donations to help maintain parks, support recreation programs, and fund capital improvement projects. No donation is too small and each and every gift is used to benefit our parks, programs, and activities.

Volunteering with County Parks is a great way to make a difference in your community, assist Parks staff in accomplishing a variety of projects, and meet new people!
We are always seeking community members to join our team to help us build on our successes and expand and maintain our excellent parks, programs, facilities and special events.
Whether it is a tree, bench, picnic table, or paver, the commemorative program allows you to create an intimate space in a county park while providing funds to support and enhance the department!
Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except holidays
Our physical office is open, but staff availability is limited.
