Adult Wellness & Fitness Programs

Santa Cruz County Parks offers a variety of programs and activities to support our adult and senior community on their wellness journey. Programs include Mall Walking, Stretch Classes, Walking Adventure Group, Water Aerobics and more!

County Parks offers classes for people of all ages including adults! There are a variety of rich and exciting classes to choose from!

Trips for Adults

County Parks offers a wide variety of trips for adults! Past trips have included SF Giants games, Chardonnay II Cruise, Museum Tours, Wine Tasting, Golden Gate Park, destination vacations and more!

Volunteer Programs

Volunteering with County Parks is a great way to make a difference in your community, assist Parks staff in accomplishing a variety of projects, and meet new people!

Senior Center Without LimitsEXTERNAL LINK

County Parks has partnered with Community Bridges and other local agencies to provide this new and innovative program that brings enrichment activities like yoga, art, music and support groups to seniors in their homes at no cost. The Senior Center Without Limits is a free program that overcomes the digital divide to connect seniors to their community, engage in activities to improve cognitive processes and combat isolation.

  • Select the Adult/Senior Age Category.
  • Register for your desired program and complete payment.
