In the case a class time or date must be changed, the instructor will contact you AT LEAST ONE WEEK in advance to notify you.
If a sudden emergency requires a class be cancelled, Parks Department staff will contact the school to notify them, will call parents at the number listed on their registration information (please be sure to provide at least one emergency contact phone number, in addition to a work and/or cell phone number).
