Holiday Art and Craft Faire
At Shoreline Middle School on December 6, 2008 from 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Come on down to the Holiday Art and Craft Faire and peruse a variety of gift items, including jewelry, wood crafts, knitted items, candles, soaps, lotions and more!

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES!Do you enjoy being a part of the community and making a difference? Now's your chance! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist the Parks Department with a variety of community events including  Pooches in the Park (event set up and clean up), and the Brommer & Mesa Village Park Carnivals ( game booth construction and staffing, set up, clean up, BBQ assistance).

POOCHES IN THE PARK 2009! Register your Greyhound, Terrier, Poodle, Labrador, mutt, or whatever breed is a part of your family and head on over to the Polo Grounds in Aptos. Presentations, food, and vendors for dog goodies will be on site, and the first 400 dogs will receive a goody bag with fabulous treats! The fee is $5.00 per dog (humans are free), payable on-site the day of the event. If you are interested in being a vendor for this event please call (831) 454-7930.
