Meeting Rooms
The County Parks Department is proud to offer unique meeting rooms for your needs. Located throughout the county, our meeting rooms can accommodate a variety of needs from organization and company meetings and to classes and retreats.
For additional information, download the Meeting Room Rental Fees. You may also check availability. When you are ready to book, you can download the conditions of use and the reservation application, and return them to the County Parks office at 979 17th Avenue Santa Cruz, CA 95062 (in the Simpkins Family Swim Center) or fax in your application to (831)454-7940. Be sure to read the Agreement to Hold Harmless. You may phone in your reservations to (831)454-7938 during our office hours Monday-Friday. Please call (831)454-7931 for the Live Oak Community Room. County Departments may download the county use application.
