Buying a Home - Where Do I Start?

Forrest Cambell, President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Calif. Assn. of Mortgage Professionals, will take you through the steps to purchase a home and introduce the key people who will help you along the way.  Buying a home doesn't have to be intimidating or difficult.  This 2-session course will cover:  qualifying for a home loan, credit issues, tax benefits, affordable loans, inspections, appraisals, title insurance, closing costs and learning the secrets between various mortgage programs.
