How to Reserve a Venue for Parties & Events

When to Reserve

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, and can be made up to one year in advance. Full payment is required when the reservation is made. Site availability may vary, and we do book up quickly so please plan to reserve your venue early! 

How to Reserve
  • Create an account on our ActiveNet page.
  • Complete the Venue Request Form and send to reservations@scparks.com.
  • Upon approval, a confirmation will be sent to collect payment through ActiveNet.
  • A Docusign permit will be sent for signatures after payment has been received.
  • Thank you for choosing to have your event at County Parks!

Aptos Village County Park

Aptos Village County Park is a lush setting and a beautiful park with a clubhouse, large patio, gazebo and BBQ. The grounds boast an abundant lawn with stately trees as background, a charming gazebo, and trails. Highlands County Park

Highlands County Park is the site of many private celebrations. Your rental will include a delightful mansion from the 1940’s with a grand room for dancing. This venue offers privacy in a park setting with elegant, landscaped grounds and riverside trails.  Highlands Park Packet

Quail Hollow Ranch County Park

Quail Hollow Ranch is a charming ranch of historical and ecological significance. The ranch was once the home of the Lane family who owned Sunset Magazine from 1929-1991. The ranch house has old-world charm and era-related decor. The park sits on ecologically rare habitats with endemic wild flowers and abundant wildlife. Valencia Hall

Valencia Hall is a restored historic building that resonates with charm. An attractive covered porch welcomes you to the beautifully restored hall, while an orchard and towering redwoods borders the facility. For Parties & Events, please note:

  • Each venue has site-specific restrictions.
  • There are additional fees for alcohol permits. Beer, wine, and champagne only.
  • Unique requests require Parks Office approval. Please ask us!

Cancellations

Reservation cancellations must be emailed to reservations@scparks.com. All cancellations will have a $75 processing fee.
Reservations cancelled up to four months prior to the event are subject to a fee of 25% of the reservation rental fees.
Reservations cancelled between four months and two months prior to the event are subject to a fee of 50% of the reservation rental fees.
Cancellations of less than two months receive no refund of fees.
