Fees, Rules, and Regulations

Please review the following documents for current pricing, rules, and regulations. Be aware that some sites have special restrictions.

Aptos Village Park

Aptos Village Park is a lush setting and a beautiful park with a clubhouse, large patio, gazebo and BBQ. The grounds boast an abundant lawn with stately trees as background, a charming gazebo, and trails. It is nestled between Santa Cruz beaches and the hills of Aptos, making it the perfect destination for all guests.

Highlands County Park

Highlands County Park is the site of many private celebrations. Your rental will include a delightful mansion from the 1940’s with a grand room for dancing. This venue offers privacy in a park setting with elegant, landscaped grounds and riverside trails.

Quail Hollow Ranch County Park

Quail Hollow Ranch is a charming ranch of historical and ecological significance. The ranch was once the home of the Lane family who owned Sunset Magazine from 1929-1991. The ranch house has old-world charm and era-related decor. The park sits on ecologically rare habitats with endemic wild flowers and abundant wildlife. This exquisite ranch house and spacious lawn offer scenic views of an orchard and the forested Santa Cruz Mountains.

Valencia Hall

Valencia Hall is a restored historic building that resonates with charm. An attractive covered porch welcomes you to the beautifully restored hall, while an orchard and towering redwoods borders the facility. Tucked out of the way and on the outskirts of Aptos, Valencia Hall makes you feel you have to the world to yourself for the day and night.

For Parties & Events, please note:
