Meeting Rooms

From business meetings and trainings, to club meetings and community classes, County Park's meeting rooms can accomodate a variety of needs. Located across the county, meeting rooms are easy to book and include use of the indoor facility with tables and chairs.

How to Reserve a Meeting Room

When to Reserve

Meeting rooms are available weekdays from 8 am to 10 pm. Once you've determined your preferred site(s), complete the Request Form and email to reservations@scparks.com.

After you Apply

Upon review, a confirmation email will be sent with the status of your request. Once approved, a permit will be sent for signature through DocuSign. Payment is due at the time of signature and can be received by phone, check, or in person. Payment plans may be approved upon request.

Live Oak Community Center

Located at the Simpkins Family Swim Center in the Live Oak neighborhood, this facility has a maximum capacity of 180 persons. The Live Oak Community Center offers a comfortable, centrally located space for your group. Two rooms can be rented individually or combined.

Aptos Village Park Hall

Aptos Village Park Hall in Aptos has a maximum capacity of 90 persons. The facility offers a large community hall with a fireplace in a park setting.

Highlands Park House

Highlands Park House in Ben Lomond has a maximum capacity of 75 persons. The facility offers a large historic house on acres of forested park land. This is a great location for groups in the San Lorenzo Valley.

Valencia Hall

Valencia Hall in Aptos has a maximum capacity of 80 persons. The restored hall offers an intimate hall and rural setting for groups to meet.

For Meeting Room reservations, please note:

  • Meeting rooms are available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 10 pm.
  • Availability variers per day and time at each site due to continuous users and Parks-related programming.
  • We provide discounts for non-profit groups.
  • All set-up and clean-up must take place within your reservation time.
  • Alcohol consumption is not permitted.

Cancellations & Changes

Reservation cancellations and changes must be emailed to reservations@scparks.com.
Cancelled reservations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the reservation rental fees.
Any changes made within one month of the reserved date(s) are subject to a $50 fee.
There are no changes or cancellations within 14 days of the event date.
