Aptos Village Park

100 Aptos Creek Road, Aptos

Tucked into the old Aptos Village, this 10.3 acre park is home to a variety of events including festivals, weddings, company picnics and many diverse activities. A favorite wedding site, Aptos Village Park offers beautiful scenery and privacy for your occasion. A community hall and spacious lawn along the creek offer a wonderful place for your special event.

Your reservation includes the community hall, the surrounding patio area with picnic tables and a large BBQ, and gazebo. A portion of the lawn is available to rent with an additional fee. You also get a five hour sound permit (which includes ceremony music) at no cost which can be outdoors until 8:00pm, and anything overlapping is indoors only. 

If you would like to visit Aptos Park, you may drop-in daily during regular park hours, dawn until dusk, to view the exterior and peek in the windows. Individual tours are unavailable. If the venue is reserved, then you will not be able to walk up to the building or patio (nor a portion of the lawn, if it is reserved). Aptos Park is a one room facility that has large windows located on the front and back of the building to make viewing very easy!

200 indoors and outdoors (April through October), 100 indoors (November through March). Maximum capacities include children and hired helpers.

125 white folding chairs, 20 six foot rectangular banquet tables and 8 picnic tables. The kitchen is equipped with residential sized appliances for warm-up and serve food service only for your catered or self-catered event.

Reservation Times
Reservation times include set-up, clean-up and a 5-hour maximum event time, to include ceremonies. A 10 hour minimum to reserve your day is required weekends April through October. A 6 hour minimum with a 3-4 hour maximum event time is available weekdays and in the winter months of November through March, however all of your time needed at the park must take place within your reserved time frame.

Meeting Rooms
Weekday only Meeting Room use includes our interior meeting room space only with tables and chairs. Any kitchen use, or exterior use, needs to be added to your reservation by our office.  Additional fees apply. The tables and chairs are not permitted for use on the patio or lawn with a meeting room rental.
