County Parks Takes Steps to Slow COVID-19


In accordance with the County wide shelter in place ordinance Simpkins Family Swim Center is emporarily closed.  We do not have a tentative reopen date.

During this time all programs are cancelled.  This includes: Lap/Rrec/Open/Swim, Adult Fitness, Water Aerobics, swim lessons (group and private), and Red Cross Lifeguard Training Courses.

If you are registered for a swim lesson or course during the closure your account will be credited for the full cost of your registration.  All swim passes will be extended for the duration of the closure. 

County Parks is canceling all programs, events, activities in facilities, and any rentals effective March 16.  This moratorium will last until April 6, 2020.  County Parks will reevaluate the situation at that time and determine next steps.  Services or reservations may be rescheduled, credited or refunded.  Please contact reservations@scparks.com or (831) 454-7938 for more information.
